I found an old thread from 2016 but wanted to start anew so we don't have to filter through 20+ pages. I submitted my application in June and it was placed on the queue on June 21. I am still anxiously waiting for my decision letter. My 40 working days is on the 16 August. Is there anyone else that submitted this at about the same time as me that's waiting to hear back?
Also - anyone have issues with clinical practice hours in university from the US? I was short by 25 hospital hours, but I did 187 hours volunteering at a hospital while I was in school. They said to include that in my transcript of training, that it should be ok but it would still need to be assessed like everything else, which leads me to believe it should be fine, albeit still so terrified! I have my family and my boyfriend waiting on me to get there and I can't wait any longer!!
Hello everyone. I recently took my IOM xray. Unfortunately, there was a scar/spot that was seen. So I will be having my sputum test tomorrow and the next days. Actually, I have been expecting this because on our annual exam, they have been seeing the scar but since I am cleared by my pulmonologist, they declared me fit to work in our hospital here in the Philippines.
My questions are.
1. If ever I am positive for TB, should I finish the whole treatment regimen before they declare me fit to work?
2. Is it possible to go to UK and have my treatment there and start working already? If yes, what are the steps to be done?

Hi just like to check if youre already in the UK? The sputum culture result is just a gruesome waiting process. It's causing unnecessary delays esp.for me with no TB history. How was your experience? I'm getting anxious as the days passed. Can I get in touch with you via email? Thank you so much. [email protected]
Sure, however my case maybe different from yours as NMC lost one reference form 1 and uploaded that document (tagged as received on feb 2,2018) even though all of my papers were sent in 1 envelope and was tagged received dec 28, 2017. Did you receive you DL already?

@Layla11...I e-mailed my assessor that NMC has already received the re-submission document,which is even before NMC tagged my document as received.I used the postal tracking and informed the assessor by e-mail and after 2 hours I was able to download my DL.
Try to e-mail your assessor for update..

Hello, I got a feedback last Jan 18 and need to submit again a document. Accdng to their email, it will come be under assessment again. But I think it really depends on the assessor. I read some thread here that the monent her doc was recieved , she got her DL after 2 hours. As for me, I sent my document and once recieved, I will try to convince mine.
