Thanks for the reply. It's been 7 days now including weekends since I passed and still no update from my nmc account. Hopefully it will be updated soon.

have you called the NMC? I had a friend who happened to have the same experience like you. There was a problem internally with her Credit card account and the NMC. The credit card company had billed her already yet the NMC was not able to receive the payment. Somehow a technical glitch had happened. She sent all the receipts and emails from the bank to the NMC and they were able to check the problem

@dee_nightingale, BSN, RN my girlfriend and I used the same credit card and she also haven't got a confirmation letter that she passed the cbt. We took it on the same day and time. We maybe experiencing the same problems as what your friend encountered. Thanks for the heads up. I'll try emailing or calling NMC regarding this situation.

thanks for the response :)

Hi everyone,

Does anyone of you encountered the same experience with mine regarding the assessment feedback requesting for me to submit a CV?..

I received the feedback yesterday and was able to click resubmit application on the same day. Would that really mean that I will for another 40 days and maximum of 60 calendar days before I would be able to get a decision letter (is this thru email or post)?

Thank you for the anticipated response.

Hi. Have you received any email from NMC? I also passed this June and I still have no email confirmation from NMC. Thank you.

Hi. Yes, I have received their email confirmation already and my NMC account was then updated. NMC said they have technical issues right now. I emailed them after the suggestions of our colleagues in this thread and I got their reply on the same day. Didn't expect them to reply so fast as they noted that it takes up to 10 working days for them to respond to any emails. Anyway, I suggest you email them ASAP and hope you get reply soon too to progress on your application.

Hello! I took my CBT this morning and I failed. í ½í¸ Right after the exam, I believed I got 107/120 as sure answers and then after an hour the result was out and I did not made it. As I was recalling all the questions, I remembered that I should have answered something that involves yellow scheme. I was kind of confused with the questions since it was referring to what should a community nurse action should be to a patient experiencing adverse reaction. I think I answered stop taking taking the meds; refer to GP and take the meds away. Huhu. Anyone here have CBT materials? Please do share. í ½í¸

Hi! Anyone here who had experienced delays in the release of their visa? I applied last june 15 under priority visa and until now there is no feedback. Actually the vfs in manila had some mistake and they were not able to scan my tb certificate and I needed to send it to the visa home office when they sent me an email. I tried making follow ups but they always say my application is not yet in the system. Anyone here who had the same experience?

Hi! Read standards for medication management(yellow card scheme is explained there), the code, the blueprint, nice guidelines, palliative care, . And if you have time, the additional standards and revalidation (I came across a question about continuing professional development and delegation, what you can HCA do or student nurses).

Hope that helps and Goodluck!

Good day everyone! I recently passed the CBT and was reading through the comments here

I have a couple of questions though regarding the assessment stage as I'm quite clueless what to do next 😌

I'm sorry if some of my inquiries are quite trivial, hope to get some help from my fellow nurses ^_^

Q1:

Can I already upload my documents and click 'submit' though it's not yet complete? or should I just save and exit for now?

Q2:

There are employer reference 1 and 2 forms, is it okay to use employer reference 1 form then photocopy it for 2 different people since I'll only declare 1 employer or should I use 1 and 2 for them even though they are from the same institution?

Q3:

For the good health declaration, is it okay if it's from my employer reference 1 who is a medical doctor or it should be from another MD?

Q4:

Can I send school and PRC authorization by myself via (DHL) together with my other docs? (cause I've heard that it may cause some delay from PRC or university)

Q5:

Should I just send the photocopies and not the original docs?

Q6:

Is it okay if my last hospital employment was in 2015? (I'm thinking not to declare the recent one because it's less than a year)

Looking forward to your thoughts on this ^_^

Hi Rajime, I can help you with this. You can send me your email if you like so that I can share some materials ^^

Hi .. I hope I can help.

Q1 - I waited to have all my docs be reflected on the portal before I hit submit. I was anxious and paranoid at the same time. They completed the upload of my docs on June 2 midnight, and I hit submit June 3. I asked and informed me the my queue date is on June 3. So if I were you, you can hit the submit now to avoid delays on your queue date

Q2- If you have to employers, you have to options, Either to declare each employer and give one reference per employer or have one employer then 2 references. The basic rule is to make sure these references were able to supervise you in the period if 12 straight months. If there is a gap between your PRC reg date and start date of employment for more than one year, you can send a CV and explanation letter.

Q3 - Make sure that the medical doctor who is certifying for your declaration of good health is not related to you by family( same family name) or work. You will be questioned by the NMC . Better to be safe to have another physician fill it up. Make sure their stamp is visible on the certificate.

Q4 - In my case, I sent all the forms and copies in one parcel except for the PRC. PRC is quite far from my place so I decided not to comeback and have them mail it. But for the rest, I have sent them together. I just made it sure that the documents from the school were in an enveloped and fully sealed by the registrar addressed only to the NMC.

Q5 - Send only the photocopies for supporting documents. For the NMC forms, of course, send them in original docs.

Q6 - In my case, I just declare my first employer since I had a three year experience on that and my second employer is in saudi, I initially had emailed the NMC before doing that and I was given the GO signal to use only my first employer as long as it is more than 12 months, as per their requirement.

You can ask the NMC anytime to make sure you got it all correct prior sending it all. They are willing to assist you. Usually they will respond to you in 3-10 days.
