Hi. Yes, I have received their email confirmation already and my NMC account was then updated. NMC said they have technical issues right now. I emailed them after the suggestions of our colleagues in this thread and I got their reply on the same day....

@dee_nightingale, BSN, RN my girlfriend and I used the same credit card and she also haven't got a confirmation letter that she passed the cbt. We took it on the same day and time. We maybe experiencing the same problems as what your friend encounter...
