When you send your documents again, try sending it via UPS. It will only take 5days to get in London. :)

This thread was very informative, really helped me a lot in my NMC application last year (around July 2016).

Been living here in the UK since November and just recently passed the OSCE on my 1st take. God is good!! :)

To those who are waiting for their DL or COS, try to do some advance reading as it will really help you prepare for your OSCE. The national passing rate I believe is still less than 50%.

I am really struggling with the reference, i am not working in a hospital, I am deployed in a community so i dont have the chief nurse, head nurse and supervisor,aside from that i cant use my supervisor because we are relatives and bears the same name. Can i have our physician as referee?what is the best wat to write in the form, physician or charge physician?

Hi! Do you have an organizational chart in your office? Use that so you do not get confused... follow through the line... If your immediate supervisor is a relative then move one step higher.. im sure there are more than two people in your department :)

there's no such things as CHARGE physician. and it's not advisable to put plain physician as well.It's better if you ask them what their ITEM NAME or their POSITION really is.

Btw, what did you write as employer's name?

Hi guys, can a senior physician be our referee? Will their prescription pad stating no stamp exist valid or atleast they could provide usa with trodat?

It is clearly stated on the reference forms that it will not be accepted without an OFFICIAL STAMP of the EMPLOYER. Not your referee, but your employer. So the stamp here pertains to the dry seal of your institution not the trodat of your referee.

Hi...i already used their job title/position, the medical health officer and public health nurse but the nmc won't accept it.

The problem is that the higher supervisor is also my relative and the onlyperson who isnt a relative just died a couple of months ago of heart attack.

What is advisable to put if its a physician?

Hello mango1888! I don't have any other registration outside the country. I got my 5 years experienced, working in a public and private hospital. Thank you so much! :cat:

Only IELTS UKVI will be accepted for UK visa application. :)
