Anybody here who took the Pearsons Vue NMC exam? How was it? TY!
After reading the tips given by Agatoinks, I realized that I did not set up my date on any of my barcoded forms as DD/MM/YYYY. I emailed the NMC and asked if this will set my application back or if I will have to re-submit all of these forms. I will let everyone know as soon as I receive a reply!!

Problem with the reference, i wrote "Municipal Hralth Officer" because it's the position currently holding our physician and Nurse 1 for my nurse supervisor...should have written physician and senior nurse instead. Same goes with the health dec, instead of physician or GP, what was written was name of the position "Health officer".
nurse 1 as referee is not acceptable because you are considered nurse1 as well. Nurse1 is the "legitimate/legal" entry level nurse. The referees should be of a higher position. I wrote charge nurse instead of nurse1. i and my charge nurse have the same item (which is nurse1) but she's 5 years ahead of me so she was promoted as charge nurse but her salary and all the legal documents say she's still nurse 1. In this case, you cannot write nurse 1 on the forms, so just write CHARGE NURSE. Do not put SENIOR NURSE, be specific. Your senior nurse can be nurse 2,3,4 :)
in my case i have charge nurse and nurse3 as referees.
general tip for everyone: think like an assessor and critique your papers before sending them to nmc. :)
additional:
CRITIQUE YOUR OWN DOCUMENTS BEFORE SENDING THEM. Think like an assessor.
Be specific about your answers and never complicate them. The more complex your documents are, the longer you will wait.
Do not call NMC to ask "WHEN AM I GOING TO RECEIVE MY DL because some of my friends just got theirs" or something like that. It's not pleasant to hear. Treat them nicely, remember they are in control of your application. Try "HI GOOD DAY I JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW MY DOCS ARE DOING?" Or "HI I JUST WANNA CHECK THE PROGRESS OF MY APPLICATION"
i was once like you, I used to bug them with 2 emails a day and daily phonecalls but I stopped when I received an email explaining that I have already entered the queue and they will just contact me if they need anything else. They also told me that I should not compare my process to anyone else because each is unique, and the complexitiy of one's application and documents really play a major role on the length of time the assessment stage will take up.
i know this is so stressful but if you'll just comply and Follow all the tips I gave you, (plus if you'll read everything on this thread, you'll find numerous tips about anything and almost everything about NMC application)... you will get your DLs in no time.
good luck guys..
I am really struggling with the reference, i am not working in a hospital, I am deployed in a community so i dont have the chief nurse, head nurse and supervisor, aside from that i cant use my supervisor because we are relatives and bears the same name. Can i have our physician as referee?what is the best wat to write in the form, physician or charge physician?

I see. You might as well ask if you need to wait 40-70 days again. You need to resubmit these barcoded forms right? And mail it to them again?
