Anybody here who took the Pearsons Vue NMC exam? How was it? TY!

Yes this happened to me. They requested additional documents which I sent, and the tracking numbers said signed and delivered at the NMC office, but it took them 5 WEEKS to locate the documents. No idea how they could get 'lost.' They said something like they had problems with a scanner? No idea.

Anyway, if you do not want to wait any longer for them to try and find the documents, next time you mail, get tracking included :)

hi does anybody experienced sending form then finding out that after a month of receiving it, its still not up on the portal. i send a registration verification form from the Philippines way back october and they received it together with the one from Singapore, same person received my file but to my dismay the registration verification from singapore was the only one uploaded on my account, called NMC and was asked to email them then was told to call them back after a week, the upon following up was told to call for another week. its just so frustrating, how can they lose my file. and informing me that i may have to resubmit a new one. its so annoying, its not that easy to get a new one and i know it will take some time for the PRC to send a new one, so annoying.

anyone had the same problem?

you may do as per your liking, but i suggest you send your online applications after u gather all your documents as to make it tallied. i sent some of the documents first , the ones from registration verification authority, before hitting the submit button.

I've took the cbt exam last November 18 and luckily I've passed. I received an email from nmc that i passed the 1st exam and i need to log in to pay for the application fee. Once, ive opened my account, it says my account details are being processed and i need to wait for few minutes. I've opened also my invoices options for me to pay my application fee but it was all empty. I've already emailed my concerned to nmc but until now they don't have response. I've emailed also to their IT support and replied to me that they forwarded my concern to uk enquiries. Does anyone have problems like mine? How long did it take you to pay for your application fee? I really want to proceed in accomplishing the needed documents but I can't proceed because of this.

Hi Christian,

I am rafael currently working in Dubai. Saw your posts and it seems like you also worked here before leaving for UK ( I assume youre already there). I'm on the assessment stage of the NMC registration and already submitted the documents required although they havent reflected on the NMC portal. The only thing left for me is the NBI clearance which was so complicated and frustrating to process.

can you give me your timeline since you passed the CBT until you flew to the UK?

Hi everyone...i just want to ask regarding the letter confirming that an employer's stamp does not exist. Will it suffice if it only consists of 1 sentence?my referees and my GP had only this phrase in their letter

"This letter is issued to confirm that i do not have an employer's stamp" then their printed name and signature below.

Will this do?the letter does not indicate my name nor my position, it's just those simple one sentence.

Im worried that i may be questioned or my assessment may be delayed or i may be asked to submit another confirmation letter.

I would just like to share my experience

regarding the NMC application process.

Last week of July: Passed the cbt

1st week of August: started the NMC

application process.

Oct 15: founf out that I had to resubmit

my registration verification form because PRC inputted

the wrong registration date in the

said barcoded form.

TIP: if you

Are in this part of the process make sure to

give PRC a copy of your registration document

(The one that looks like a diploma) and a copy

of your PRC license so they won't have any excuse

as to making a mistake as minor as this.

Oct 17:resubmitted the said document

TIP- for people who need to resubmit any documents:

According to NMC you dont need to update

other parts(e.g. police clearance-if because of waiting

for so long for your DL it has expired;

dates relevant to your current post)

of your application just give

them what they're asking for.

Nov 8: the same document reflected on my NMC portal

reentered the queue (i called them to confirm)

Nov 29: got my DL.finally!

Didn't make many calls to the NMC because

the agents answering our calls aren't the

assessors. So it's up to you whther you

want to call them or not regarding the status

of your application or if u have any questions.

Until now, nmc hasn't resolved the issue. I've email them already regarding my problem innpaying for the application fee and called them last friday. I was told that there was a glitch in their system and advised to try again by Monday. I was asked also to email a screenshot of my portal. I've tried again yesterday but i can't still pay my application fee so I called again and i was told that they're already fixing the problem. I've asked them when will this be resolve and answered back to just wait within this week and from time to time to look at my portal for changes. Also, if this will not be resolved within the week, they told me to call again next week. Let's hope and pray that this will be resolved this week because I've waited for more than a week already. Waiting is also frustrating because I really want to proceed with the next steps of my application. Please update me if you can pay already. I thought I'm the only one who has this problem because some of my friends has no problems like this.

I think there is a technical problem with the NMC website this week. :( I cannot update the documents I uploaded.

I've just checked my portal tonight and I think NMC has resolved finally the issue. I'm able to pay already my application fee and download the necessary documents to be completed. Power of prayers.
