Hi! I m on the Full Assessment and Application Stage of the NMC International Application and was trying to replace the Police Clearance pdf file that I uploaded before. I followed the instruction stated which is to click the trach can icon then choose a new file and click save and exit button. But as I checked if it was really replaced with the new pdf file, it was still the old file. I have not yet submitted my online application but all the documents sent via express mail were already sent to NMC.

I have already sent an email to [email protected] about the problem I encountered. Does any of you encountered the same problem? And if so, what are the step you took to have it corrected. If not, what do you suggest I do? I do apologize for asking too many questions. I'm at lost right now.

Hi! I also encountered the same problem before. I emailed NMC about it and they assured me that they could view the history of all my uploaded files even if the deleted file would still reflect in my portal. They even mentioned that I tried to upload the new file 9 times which I really did and eventually told me there's nothing to worry about. Its seems that its a technical glitch on our end but they can view everything on their system. You can try calling them if you really wanted to be sure about it. All the best :yes:

Whew! That would be a relief then. I tried uplaoding mine for like 50 times already. I'm really worried, I'll be calling them tomorrow then. Thank you very much for taking the time to answer my queries. By the way regarding on the COS, will my employer be giving me a copy of it? I don't have an agency.

Hi

Quick question, I've been having this problem with my nmc portal lately. Under the tab 'Full Application & Assessment', I can't seem to view my submitted application because the pink button for it has gone missing since the site's last maintenance, hence I can't review my read-only file. Been waiting for my DL for almost 40 days already. Does any of you encountered that same problem?

they won't send e-mail, instead you can check it in your portal under "my applications" then click open in the full application and assessment, a table will appear that shows the dates of when they have scanned your documents in your portal

Thank you. How long does it take for that table to appear from the time NMC sends an e-mail that your application was placed in the assessment queue?

Hi! Under my Full Application and Assessment tab ----> Document Received is reflected below the Subject column pertaining to my employer reference forms with dates included. Does this mean they already scanned these forms or They will indicate "Document Scanned" otherwise and I will stay wait for a couple of days for them to do so?

The date reflected in your portal means that it has been scanned, but it will not be written as "scanned". Upon receipt of all your barcoded documents and your portal has been submitted online, then you will now enter the assessment queue. I have asked this with NMC before and this is what they've told me. :)

I just want to ask if all of you are currently working as a nurse in a hospital? If so, when would it be a practical time to resign? Is it ok to change jobs in the middle of processing uk application?
