Late aug: medical
Early sept: visa, pdos etc. :)
I got delays in between since 25% im working here in manila, and 75% im lazy to process stuff. Haha
How quick/long did it take for you to get your CoS after receiving your DL? Are you under ASC too? For Barts?

I dont have a dl yet. Nope. Im under omanfil. :-)
I think asc waits for a "quota" or i think thw hospital sponsor waits for a "quota"-- number of applicants before processing their COS. I just dont know. Im just assuming. Hehe because in our batch, we're like..just 6. Haha

Oh I see. Thats whats good about Omanfil. Back when I was with Omanfil, they told me that my CoS was ready to be allocated to me even when I dont have my DL yet. I gave up on their offer as I was not happy with the area they lined me up for. Now Im doing things my own.
May I ask for which trust you are for under Omanfil?

Well, being choosy is not my option. And the Trust will have the final say regarding the area. Everything there will start as being bedside nurses. For theatre or like yours, some are having a hard time with the osce, since it's based on basic med surg and not OR skills.
Somewhere in the North. :-)
Did anyone of you had a problem with regards to uploading files in the nmc portal? I made a mistake in uploading my birth certificate file and now I deleted it and uploaded a new file. The new file name would appear but every time I try to download it still the old file would be the one to download even though I already deleted and replaced it. All my files are in pdf format and under 1 MB limit. I tried emailing NMC but they take too long to respond.
Hi Paul. Sure! Here's my timeline:I took the IELTS last Jan 2015 (hahaha took me over a year to decide whether I should pursue a Nursing career in the UK).
Took CBT in April 25, 2016 - Failed it.
Retake in May 25, 2016 - Pass
Submitted all my documents before June 20 and everything was uploaded on my portal July 05.
So I was put on the queue on July 05..and 37 days after I received my DL.
Good evening! Can I just ask if the CBT exam does not change? I have failed it this morning unfortunately. I would like to know if I sit the exam for the second time, will the questions change or the same set of questions will still be provided? Thank you for your response.
