i would like to ask a doubt. The birth place in my birth certificate is different from that of my passport. but date is exactly same in both documents. will this difference be a problem to get my DL. i am really tensed. Actually speaking both the places are right in my case, one is the name of district where i born and the other one is the exact city where i born. But i am really tensed.

yes i think you need to send a notarized affidavit, but you better ring them to make sure.

which country did you use for your employer references?

I have worked in The Philippines for four years and then in Japan for another three years and I am quite confused

however, I already resigned from my job in Japan and is currently now in the Philippines.

do you think it will be ok to send my copies of employer references coming both from the Philippines even though I resigned from my job here last 2012.?

In the UK when they say solicitor they refer it to a as lawyer. To clarify your doubts you can ask your agency or call NMC.

There is a template for it. Ask your agency, Omanfil has one.
