Anybody here who took the Pearsons Vue NMC exam? How was it? TY!

Yes, I had that one before... The problem with the NMC is they dont have any suggestions how to solve it but I found one by myself... The main cause is the FILE SIZE... Try to save the file in a smaller size by converting it to other file type such as .pdf, .jpeg or etc... Try to compare what is the smallest and use it to attached on your account. =)

Well, i called NMC already and they told me they can view my reuploaded file. Well I guess that will place me in queue again. Im hoping I'll receive my DL soon.

hey. I experienced the same thing with my birth certificate. The initial file you have uploaded will always be shown on your account even if you re-uploaded a new file for a couple of times. I called NMC about this before and they told me, on their side, it's the new file that is showing. I think candidates portal doesn't mirror the NMC's side of the portal. To make sure, just call NMC if the new file you have uploaded is the new one.

I called NMC already and they told me that they can already view my reuploaded file. Do you have any idea how long will it take for them to send my DL? Do I have to wait for 40days? Thanks.

Hi everyone!

I will be taking the CBT exam soon, hopefully by May after I take my IELTS this April.

I have two review materials with me now, the NMC Manual (compiled by a previous examinee) and Royal Marsden e-book.

Any suggestions on what topics I need to focus on? Also, how long did you guys review for the exam? Is 1 month enough?

IELTS is the first thing you need to acquire before registering.

I think Nmc requires an applicant to pass the Ielts first, because when you apply online you need to encode the ielts result and then they will inform you by email when you are eligible to take the cbt.

I actually got a message from IPAMS that I was shortlisted for an interview at bronston/harefield even though I still haven't got the IELTS yet. I cannot decide since I still have my duty tom. :down:

Hi everyone, I am new to the site and have been reading this thread from the start to try and grasp any information I can to help me pass my cbt exam.

After feeling hopeless, with tears in my eyes that I am doomed for failure, I was happy to see that so many people have passed the cbt at their first attempt. I am from South Africa and wish to move to the UK desperately so I can join my fiance, without delay as I am to be married soon. So i really can't afford to fail as that would derail all my plans.

It all feels so overwhelming and daunting, so If there is anyone that has already taken the test and willing to help me a little extra, I humbly ask you to please email me with any additional pointers or advice.

For me, I received my DL less than 2 weeks from the date I completed all the required documents. Yours will come sooner than expected.

I think they will not put you again for another queue since you did not lack any documents. It's already on the queue. Just be patient.

I have a problem with my nmc application. Under the post secondary qualification, i uploaded the wrong file(board certificate), it should have been my diploma.

I have deleted it and then uploaded the right file (diploma) however the one that I keep on seeing is the wrong file.. did anyone experience the same thing..? I could not complete my application because of it.. sigh.. what should I do..?

I already sent nmc an email to help me on this but until now, i still haven't receive any reply..
