NMC Test Online

Anybody here who took the Pearsons Vue NMC exam? How was it? TY!

Hey guys! Updating you on my status.

Im currently waiting for my DL. here is the time line of how long i have been waiting so far.

MY PRC forms were received on Jan 21 and were uploaded into the portal on Feb 2 (15 days from receipt to upload)

My School forms were received on Jan 29 and were uploaded into the portal on feb 9 (11 days from receipt to upload)

My Referral & Health declaration forms were received on Jan 11 and were uploaded into the portal on feb 26 (15 days from receipt to upload)

Now that all my forms have been received, as well as uploaded and acknowledged in the portal, I guess this is the start of my 40-70 day wait for a response or a DL from the NMC. I called my agency IPAMS, and they say that as of late, the NMC has been giving the DL's a lot faster. I read in one of the more recent posts here that some have been received as early as 3-5 days after all their documents have been uploaded into the portal? Is this true? does anyone else know of any recent applicants and how long they waited for their DLs? The wait is killing me! haha.

Also, I have that "More information required - Feedback" on my portal as well. I havent called the NMC about it yet. but i'm hoping it's nothing.

What is the approximate timeline upon receipt of the DL until the flight to the UK? Given that there is a medical exam and waiting for the COS. :) (I have read different answers regarding this.)

thanks for all your help!

i had all my documents uploaded since February 9, and yes, disregard that 'more information required - feedback'. But, just check in with NMC just to make sure. So, i have been on the assessment queue for more than 2 weeks already and still no DL and this is sooo frustrating and I feel so helpless. So, knowing your last pack was uploaded on the 26th, then your now on queue. Update me though if you receive your DL. I'm quite unsure cause all my friends received their DL within 3-7 days, and I would be on my 3rd week waiting in a few days. *keeping my fingers crossed* Goodluck to us! :nurse:

Oh and with regards to the timeline between receipt of DL and flight to UK, i think it's within 2 months. So, if you receive your DL this March, you'd receive your COS (Still depending on your employer) a few days after or a week. Then, most probably, you'd be flying out on May and it would be Hello Spring!..

Just received my DL! yey! after 19 days! :) Godbless everyone! Patience is a virtue!

HI justjam! :)

gosh i know. it's only day 2 for me. (and its a weekend) and i'm already frustrated and impatient. and you have been waiting for 3 weeks already! have you called the NMC to follow up on your status? (although i know they dont like us following up until after the 70th day mark)

its incredible that your friends got their DL's in about a weeks time since their upload. My agency also said that the NMC has been fast with the DL's lately. i think what happens is that they already cross check the information before uploading our documents thats why it takes them 10-15 days. I hope this is true. but i'm sure 3 weeks has been hell for you.

let me know if you have any updates as well! its nice to have support from everyone. :)

:o omg. hahhaha. i read your post late. CONGRATS!!!! i'm so happy for you. hoping i get mine soon as well! did you get it via mail?? Congraaaaats!

HI GUys, i'm currently on the Assessment stage of the application and I'm quite having trouble as I'm living in the UK.

I wonder if anybody can help me with few things? My parents are the one processing the documents for me,

and I want to know if I/She needs to send the documents one by one to the NMC such that

1)PRC to NMC

2)University to NMC

3)References to NMC?

or I can join them together asked my mum to send it to me here in the UK and send them at one time?

also,

Does my university need to send a copy of my TOR & RLE together with the barcoded documents? and

for the UK police clearance will it be the Simple Disclosure from DBS or Acro police?

thanks so much guys!

I replied on this already. please check your previous post..

Hi good day!

I have read that lately most of the nmc applicants received their DLs a few days after they were put on queue. I'm hoping and praying to get mine soon.

I called nmc and the operator said my application was put on queue on feb 23.

Hello everyone! I would like to ask help from you guys if one could send me how a Certificate of Good Standing should look like. I'm still having problems with my NMC application as they are asking for the said certificate from the Ministry of Health in Egypt (where I worked). If anyone could send me their certificate, it would be a huge help. I'm already toying the idea of flying to Egypt to personally get this document from them. Thanks very much.

for those who were hired under addenbrookes, how long is the waiting time before they send out their conditional offer?

Thanks for your help here. They've been sending the DL's a bit fast right now. Got mine last Monday, about 10 business days since it had been put on queue. I haven't called or contacted them. Just pray and be patient. :)
