Anybody here who took the Pearsons Vue NMC exam? How was it? TY!
... done clearing my inbox. :) It's true that they will make things fast if the applicant sends them a lot of emails. I think calling them also helps. Thanks for all of your help and info, Andrei. :)And I am pretty sure that your DL will be coming also very soon.
For those who are using their title as a volunteer nurse/ volunteer staff nurse in their application, include a letter stating that your practice as a volunteer nurse requires u to work as a Registered Nurse. I think this will make things quick.
Ill be bombarding them with phone calls or emails from now on. Thank goodness you already have your DL Louie! I hope mine is on its way.
Congratulations on passing CBT. In UK, you cannot apply online for the DBS (police clearance) and it has to be requested by your employer only.
Hi, i have the same problem.. I just got my fingerprint card for nbi from the embassy and will post it to nbi manila.. And i dont have idea where to get police clearance in the UK..
Hi! To anybody here that has the same problem as mine, my agency submitted my remaining pending forms to nmc last jan29 and until now it's not yet reflected in the nmc portal if it's received or not. Accdg to my agency there's a problem in nmc's website that's why it's not yet reflected though it was received already. Is this true?

NMC will usually upload them ( or will mark as "received" @ ur NMC portal) 10 to 15 working days after they have received your documents in their office.
here is the link where you can apply for police clearance in uk https://www.acro.police.uk/police_certificates.aspx apply for subject access.
apply both ACRO and NBI cause they will ask it both. OSCE passer here.
Congratulations jm014! Well done. I have a few questions for you (regarding the application) if you don't mind.
1. Registration Certificate - because I only have the certification (with grades) from PRC.. Do they require the diploma-like certificate? Plus.. I have an expired PRC ID, is it a requirement? Do I need to renew?
2. Police clearance - well you made it clear that I can apply for police clearance via ACRO but someone said I should ask for it (dbs) thru my employer.
I am in the UK and I really find it hard to process my documents.. Thanks
Hi Allen,
1.You need the Board Certificate(The diploma like with Photo on the right hand side). You need that to upload on your portal. Yes, you need to renew your licence first as it needs to be up to date.
2. I don't know about the DBS thing as on my time it was not allowed. Bare in mind that police clearances that they have asked are only valid for 3 months.
Go to Phil Embassy London for the NBI then you have to send it to NBI in the Phil for checking.
