NMC Decision Letter 2016

Hi! Anyone here who knows how long it takes for the NMC to release a decision letter on your application, as I am anxiously waiting for mine for a little over a month now.

My agency is also Omanfil under Whittington NHS. Did they already update you regarding the Cos or the possible deployment date?

Hi Maj! My wife got a conditional offer under Whittington NHS. Do you have any update regarding COS and possible deployment date? We just mailed her barcoded forms today.

Anyone who's an Ex-UAE Nurse? My wife worked in Al Ain (part of HAAD) for 1 year and 6 months. Now she's currently employed in the Philippines. The agency required her to have Cert of Good Standing and Police clearance. We were able to get the Police Clearance online, but we cannot get the certificate of Good standing from HAAD since her license had expired. We just mailed the NMC barcoded forms today. I also uploaded the police clearance from UAE together with the NBI clearance. My concern is that, they might ask for a certificate of good standing from HAAD. We already emailed HAAD and even talked to them but they are firm in saying that they would not release it to us.

Not at all. I'm bound to Addenbrookes. I keep on refreshing my email hoping mine will come sooner. Anyway, my due date is still a week or two from now so I'll wait it out. But I already sent an email just to give them a tap. Hope ours will come soon. :)

I entered the que on Aug 21st. Still waiting for DL. It seems that even those who entered the que on Aug 14th have not received dl yet. How long we have to wait? .. Tired...

Yes, i'm tired as well. This is stressing me out. Let's just hope for the best! It is a case to case basis because I know of someone who got hers within 10 calendar days upon entering the queue I guess it depends on our assessors.

Omanfil told me that the earliest deployment for Whittington will be on November then the next will be on January. Still waiting for my COS and haven't received any updates from them. Goodluck! :)
