NMBI application. please help

I recently registered in the NMBI. I already had my overseas application pack and set-up the account to their website. I submitted all necessary documents needed for the registration last Sept 2017 but still upon checking on their website. It says that they havent received any documents yet. I already called them several time to ask for a feedback but no go. My bad is the reference numbers of the documents that was sent via courier was lost along with my wallet. I've tried to contact and e-mail them several times if I can furnish another copy of the application pack so that I can have it resend but still I dont have any feedback with them. Should I wait? Its almost over a month now and I'm getting worried about this. any insights what should I do? thanks. Should I wait for the update on their website ir should I call them every now and then?
