Hi everyone,
I am a registered nurse in the Philippines and now working as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse here in Saudi Arabia for almost two years.
I am planning to move my nursing career further in Ireland. I have paid the €350 assessment fee with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) and the accounts department already provided me with a pin and advised me to wait for the delivery of my application pack.
The assessment fee was processed since April 17, 2015. I just wonder about how long it would take me to receive the application pack here in Saudi Arabia.
I hope that someone could help me. I'm so excited to process my application for Registration with NMBI.
Thanks.
Hi rntmby!
Got your pm its just that I am unable to respond to that as I haven't met the required number of posts to reply to messages.
Anyway, i'm not sure about that but the Wise where I signed up with is the one based in UK as I am not currently residing in the Philippines. Probably the reason why they are not registered with POEA is that they are not a recruitment agency but an immigration consultancy firm? What do you think?
do you have to pay any fees with wise search UK? i got an email from them before and they asked mw to send a copy of my Cv as well.
Yes, you will have to pay a certain amount if ever you will decide to sign up with them. It would be better for you to talk to them directly as they will explain it to you in detail.
Hey, I'm from the Philippines. They received all of my documents last July 28th and just the other day i received an email from them saying that after an administrative check, i have to resubmit certain documents as they were not acceptable before they could progress my application.
Im from the Philippines as well but i'm currently working and residing here in Doha, Qatar. Can you tell us what certain documents you will have to resubmit?

I'm with Wise. We both made sure that the NMBI will accept my IELTS UKVI Academic exam results before I go on ahead with my application and thankfully they do. So I'm not sure what's the basis of that agency as to why they won't entertain applicants with IELTS UKVI. If I may suggest it would be better to look for another agency that doesn't have that kind of a rule.
