NLN's Between 1st and 2nd year?

We have to take the NLN exam this thursday as we are fininshing up our 1st year of the nursing program which will make us official ADN majors as of 2nd year. The exam counts for nothing and no matter what we get it does not affect out progression in the program. Does anyone elses school do this? Any pointers on what to review? Even though it does not count I would like to do well! I have found many posts about pre-entrance NLN's however could not find one about this type. Thanks!
