NJ - 85 Questions and shut off- PN

(again copied and pasted from other thread)...

omg... I just called the boards to find out what week they were working on and they said they're working on May 28th....???!!!! I asked them what about MAY 27th was that sent out already?... (because that's when I took it) and she checked using my SSN and said, "yes... they sent it out today.." so I should be getting the results tomorrow! I can't believe it's so fast.. when I called last friday June 20th... the boards said they were working on May 19th... oh my goodness... I should be getting that letter anyday now.... I'm trying to stay positive, but i'm really nervous now!!! my future rests in a letter that is traveling from sacramento to my home.... I just need to breathe....

Am glad to know that hours from now you will have gotten your long awaited results. We are no longer talking about weeks or days, its hours and i know just how you feel. I will not cease praying for you until you declare its all good. Hang in there for God knows your every need even before you tell him.

What city did you say you are in?

Hi Periwinkle

You are such the encouragement that I need right now, I couldn't get through reading your entire letter before crying, I had to leave the computer and calm my emotions. I haven't taken the NCLEX-PN yet still waiting for authorization, but am nervous as HECK! thank you for expressing some of the things you saw on the test because all I ever read is, "I just took the test it cut off at 85.....questions did I pass?" and no one says what type questions they saw. I know every test will be different but just a little hope for those waiting will be nice.

So congratulations to you, and best of luck in your career. And if you would like to give me any more suggestions of studying or what you can remember please feel free.

Thank you so much! I just hope to be another "I'VE PASSED THE NCLEX" IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

i felt the EXACT same way as soon2beRN cali... i just took my pn nclex yesterday and felt like i knew NONE of the questions... i'm dying to find out i stilhave another day to go...AGHH!!!

I took my test today 12/02 i'm freaking out the test was out of this world!

I'm so scared i dont want to fail the test stop @ 85 im so nervous i don't know what to do and the bad thing is that i can't find out the results for approximately 3 weeks i hate it! :bugeyes: :confused:

85, you probably passed! and did extremely well. I know to even tell you to focus on other things for the next 3 weeks seems impossible, I couldn't imagine waiting that long for my results, I only had to wait 2 days and was going out of my mind! I had 130 questions and was scared to death but that GOD I passed!

Well try to stay positive and busy, and the time will pass!

you will be fine. i walked out of there crying sure that i failed and i passed. the fact that it stoped at 85 is a good thing... good luck!
