NJ Hospital and Starting Salary

Published

I was just wondering if some current nurses would mind divulging what hospital they started at and what salary they were started at. I'm far from taking my NCLEX but I am debating if I want to stay in NJ or move around a bit and would like to start a list of hospitals that had good reps and good starting salaries.

and when you say certifications , like I got my ACLS and as a lpn I became iv certified if that counts :)

Alphil, you will be in the Bergen County Area. There are a lot of great hospitals in the Area. You have Holy Name, Valley, and Hackensack Medical. It would be better to actually be here network and apply. All of them you have to apply online. I don't have any connects unfortunately, but since you have that magical 1yr under your belt you should be fine. Good luck on your search.
