Do you have issues when you are out late with friends? I agree with Klone- make sure you are eating enough healthy foods with protein and getting enough water. I have a 32oz stainless steel water bottle I take to work so I can track how much water I've been drinking.
I know if I haven't eaten enough throughout the day I can feel very sick to my stomach and transitioning from days to nights (the first shift or two on nights) my eating schedule can be all out of wack. Have a snack before bed, eat when you get up, and eat around midnight (like you would if it was lunch time during the day).

I've just started with my first ever night shift this week (i'm 21) from 10pm to 6am and at about 1am I started feeling very hot and not really myself, a few minutes after that I feelt really sick in my stomach which ended with vomiting and got send home by my shift manager.
I thought maybe it was bc it was my first night shift but it went similar the next day, as i was getting hot i asked if i could go out for some air, they even let me take a brake but it went the same as the first day, vommited and got send home.
I went to see my doctor but he didn't really say much, no advice on how i should deal with night shift sickness or anything else.
So i turn to you here, if you know how to deal with that or if this is an actual thing that some people can't do nights, bc i haven't found anything similar on the web.
