NFM inside clinical handover

in one of my clinical handover, there are one abbreviation - NFM, what does it mean? does it mean "no further message" or something else? what does it mean?

Ask someone at the place that's using it as the acronym has a multitude of abbreviations.

too many abbreviations for the same "NFM", which one is approriate regarding clinical handover? what is the real meaning about that NFM?

each unit has different abbreviations that mean different things. Eg CT TAP could mean CT of the thorax, abdomen and pelvis OR a therapeutic drainage of a collection under CT guidance.

The only stupid questions are the ones that you don't ask. You could be doing something that adversely affects the pts care
