I can't believe how fast my first assignment is flying by! It's getting close to that time of choosing my next location. I'm looking into Mass Gen in Boston or pretty much anywhere in Charlotte, NC. Does anyone have any recommendations for agencies that staff these locations (you guys have made me nervous with all the AMN talk!) or experiences in these areas? I will eventually contact the hospitals to see which agencies they use but I'd also like some personal experiences and opinions.

I seriously don't even listen to the AMN talk. I go by my experience only. On my 3rd assignment with them and so far all is good. My recruiter is great. Your recruiter makes or breaks your experiences regardless of brand.

I agree with PACO. I'm on my third contract with AMN also. I plan to have at least one more with them and then swapping solely for a certain location I want.

I have been with Cirrus Medical Staffing for a while. They are based in Charlotte and would probably know jobs available in or around the Charlotte area. I have not had any issues with them. You may want to check them out.
