News Media Used a Photo of Me

I'm not sure this can be answered here but I didn't know where else to post it. Maybe you know someone who can answer or know where I can find the answer.

I am an RN and a family member asked of they could take my picture to remember me by. I agreed and posed with the patient.

A few days later, someone told me they saw me on the news. A local station had done a story on my patient and they used the picture of me with the patient without permission. There's no confidentiality breach or anything because it was the family who gave the media the picture, but this story has the potential to go national or international and I just am not sure about my picture floating around.

Can I legally ask them to take it down or at least blur my face? Is there anything I can do?

Thanks!
