newbie pinay needs advice about nclex

Hello Allnurses peps!:)

I'm a newbie here.. i graduated in 2009.

I am planning to take nclex. I am processing my papers in the Philippines right now and want to ask for some advice/tips/ study plan / books you recommend and want to know how you guys study? This is gonna be my first time and I am praying and hoping to pass it! Any advice from you is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance! :)

Hi @Shieyecla i would like to ask if you attend or did an online Prevention of Medical Errors Course? and how about the English proficiency? are you required too?

Yes I did the Medical Errors Course online since it's required for the application. No need for the English proficiency if you graduated in the Philippines and as long as all of your school credentials are in English.

Hi there, I read that you're from Florida and that you past the NCLEX RN . I just got here almost a year ago. I just wanted to ask, what are the chances of me getting an approval to take the NCLEX from Florida Bon without having to take the local board exam back in the Philippines? I'm planning to use CGFNS ces crevices for my paper work this week.

Hi may @chagot88 try to call florida bon they will give you the information that you need. And i am still struggling how to pass nclex i failed twice already and was thinking of giving up :(
