I am a registered nurse in the Philippines, I have been practicing this profession for more than 2 years now. Now that I have the required experience to practice both in NZ and UK, I am quite confused to where would be the best place I should register.
I heard that UK gives good salary but the taxes are too high. NZ has lots of opportunities as well, however, their registration process is quite complicated. I can't decide where to register. I need your opinion guys. thanks.

I believe I would be right in saying, go where you can find a job....it is not easy to get work in any country at the moment. re
Do you have the right quals for either country? I heard UK and NZ do not take any degree lower than 3 years and also heard Australia is cracking down on this as well, because they have a Masters as their second course graduate degree.
You must base your decision on where you would find/could work and give your best care without predjudice. This would mean an environment that suits you.
Both the UK and NZ have courses that nurses from the Phillipines must do to be Registered Nurses no matter how much professional experience you may have.
In the end it is up to you to decide. The web is more than gigormous? you are bound to find all about NZ and the UK and the job opensings for RN's. Do not believe at this time there is a shortage, in the future , yes, but not at this present time.
Goodluck in your decision,
I forgot to add I am not an employee of either of these boards, so it may not be correct, it is just from information that I have been given through nursing experience.

How are you going to get a job in the UK? The job has to be on the shortage list and currently the UK has a very high unemployment which will make it much harder. Plus UK/EU comes first
UK is changing their rules also and skilled workers will be capped by next year
