New York University (NYU) Non-Accelerated/ABSN Fall 2022

Hey everyone I haven't seen a forum for the fall 2022 deadline for NYU's ABSN non-accelerated and accelerated pathway yet soo I decided too start one so we can all stress out together in these next few months of applying

It sounds like you both have good problems to have! Haha. Just pay your deposits…  the whole application process for all these schools is just dreadful. All the waiting etc. good luck to everyone.

it won't be till April I'm sure...any one also concerned with how this program seems to be a large disconnect between admissions and the "actual program" itself. You call Rory Meyers SON and they can't seem to answer any questions and you're directed to call downtown to the undergraduate main admissions office. It's a bit "off putting".

Doing the FAFSA is a necessity in getting a decision? I submitted all the required documents but I haven’t done the FAFSA since I’m still waiting on other schools to let me know if they need me to put them down as well

Is anyone planning on relocating to nyc/Manhattan? Prices are insane. Especially while being a student. Anyone have any advice?

Life long New Yorker here try looking on nyc housing connect website they throw the lotteries of controlled rent apartments sometimes buying options on there 

Prices are crazy in all zip codes upper and lower Manhattan Brooklyn is getting worse

I’m in Astoria, and prices are definitely higher than pre covid but still affordable for location. Check out the app roomi

@nurse_fern hi! I was wondering how much is/was the tuition for the semesters? I know you received some aid, but I was wondering about the base price of the program because I cant seem to find anything specific online. I see rough numbers that range from 80-100k for the total for the NYU ABSN option.

Does anyone know in general about the cost of tuition/attendance for the ABSN program?

(I plan to commute from home so I would be denying the room and board and health insurance fees if accepted)

I'm assuming the first week of April from looking at past forums. But who knows?
