Hi!

Not sure if there is anyone from CA who has been accepted in this thread, but I received an email this afternoon informing me that they do not believe Meyer's nursing programs meet the educational requirements for licensure in CA. 

As a student from California, this has obviously quickly overwhelmed me with stress. I reached out to get more information, and from what I understand, it is up to the discretion of the CA BON to decide whether the program meets the requirements or not, and their opinion can change over time. 

I just wanted to see if anyone else got a similar email, and if so, were you able to get anymore information?

Oh I actually don't have social media, what are you having trouble with? Did you send your deposit in? Did you set up your netID and N number?

So does anyone think that NYU is changing what they want to see in their applicants, due to the curriculum change, and that's why it's taking so long for their decisions to come out?

@JeniJam I did send my deposit. I do have my email, NET ID and N number. I guess I'm a bit confused with the vaccination records considering I am from another country but do have all my vaccines checked. Not sure if I'd have to get my vaccine records translated or what. Then of course, there are other vaccines to be taken before classes start. That's where I am lost.
