New York University (NYU) ABSN Fall 2023

Hi everyone! 
I haven't seen a forum for NYU's Fall 2023 ABSN program, and decided to start one. Please feel free to add any information related to the program, application process, any tips, stats, words of encouragement for those accepted into the program, etc. All the best to everyone. I hope everyone's new year is off to an amazing start! ?

Did you notice any changes to your portal before you got your acceptance?

Yes! I first noticed that I was able to access my 2023-2024 financial aid links in NYU Albert that indicated the estimated cost for the school year this morning. Then in the afternoon around 2pm, when I logged back onto NYU Homepage I was able to view my decision letter and my interface just changed completely. I hope this helps!

literally started crying in the street when I got my acceptance letter yesterday ? I didn't think I would get in with a 3.46 GPA and a C+ in organic chemistry but we did it somehow someway haha. can't wait to meet you all in the fall and best of luck to those still waiting!

Is there anyone who would be taking some prerequisites at NYU this fall?

I have 2 pending , currently taking them on portage learning.

Which ones? I am only missing Microbiology and was wondering if I could take it on portage learning. I was waiting to ask an advisor.

Nutrition and statistics . A coworker confirmed with admissions , they do accept portage learning credits. You can confirm again, before registering

Does anyone know when is the LATEST TIME to withdraw from the program? I got accepted and paid my deposit but since I am an international student, I don't think I will be able to afford the tuition. NYU is mean for International students ?

On the website it stated Online and community colleges are acceptable for prerequisite courses, as long as it is an accredited institution. So I think I will sign up for the class.
