Hi everyone!
I haven't seen a forum for NYU's Fall 2023 ABSN program, and decided to start one. Please feel free to add any information related to the program, application process, any tips, stats, words of encouragement for those accepted into the program, etc. All the best to everyone. I hope everyone's new year is off to an amazing start! ?

I applied in November and had all my material in at the end of January. Still haven't heard back. I don't think I'm getting in.

ah, gotcha! yeah I got accepted to pace's and know the program is really intense, but that's why I am hopeful for nyu! ? best of luck!
I just got in!! I got a late decision for a priority applicant, but I'm happy now LOL. I'm not sure if an acceptance coming out on a Wednesday is typical, but that may have to do with me requesting an expedited decision since the nurse corps scholarship application is due tomorrow.
I was a former premed (a terrible one) so my stats include some of my premed courses that I didn't do amazing in, but here they are:
GPA: 3.04
A&P: B+
Microbio: A
Stats: B
Nutrition: A
Gen Chem: C+
Developmental Psych: In Progress but it's looking like a possible B+
Experience: since I was formerly premed and a public health major, I have a lot of different healthcare/public health experiences. I've done some medical scribing and wet lab research. I'm a birth doula, a certified sexual assault and DV crisis counselor, I was a research assistant for a sex trafficking lab, and I'm currently working full time at a public health nonprofit as a maternal child health coordinator doing referral intakes and facilitating prenatal workshops.
