It's a little early but I figured I would start this thread as we all begin to get our applications in!

So I mentioned in the past that I was told they review based on if you applied "priority" and then alphabetically.. I was assuming they meant alphabetically by last name but it seems like they are going alphabetically by first name!! Alexandra, Alyssa, Caroline, Dishaa, Emma, etc.. What do you guys think?!
Could the people who have been accepted confirm that they applied priority and that their name begins with a letter early in the alphabet?
Just a hunch

Haven’t heard back yet I submitted early February and my first name starts with an A (last name is L). I think location is also a factor! maybe those that are closer to NY are hearing back earlier? I’m in SF, CA which is pretty much on the opposite end of the country.

Hi! I’m also from the Bay. Hopefully we both get in so we both can figure out NY together LOL

I meant for those who accepted their application before March 1st, if NYU also sends a non-acceptance letter? Or do they notify just those accepted in priority decision?

Hi llrr9,
I have been accepted to Mount Sinai a few weeks ago and paid my deposit but just got my acceptance letter to NYU yesterday and having a hard time deciding which school to attend. If tuition wasn't an issue, I would pick NYU hands down but I don't know if the extra $40k would be worth it.
If anyone has any other insight between ABSN Mount Sinai and ABSN NYU, I would love to hear what more information.
