Binghamton Traditional BSN FALL 2012

U.S.A. New York

Published

Hello everyone!

I applied to Bing's Traditional BSN program 3 weeks a go and thought it may be helpful to start up a forum.

If you are:

currently applying or plan on applying, a former applicant, a current student, I'd love to hear from you!

Has everyone finished their perquisites? Does anyone else have a not so competitive GPA (like me)? Does anyone know who is considered a competitive applicant? Where is everyone else applying?

I look forward to speaking with everyone and hopefully entering the Fall '12 class together!

Thanks for starting this thread! I've been surfing this site for a while now and was surprised to find that there's nothing so far for the 2012 BAT program or the traditional one.

I applied and was accepted to the accelerated program starting May 2012 but ultimately switched my enrollment to the 2 year. I'm such an overly meticulous student that I felt the pace would really clash with my study style and propensity for OVER studying ha ha.

As much as I wanted to get my life and career underway, I didn't want my education to suffer because of my impatience.

I did my undergrad at Binghamton and have many friends who did their undergrad nursing degrees at Decker and now have excellent, rewarding jobs at outstanding hospitals in NYC.

I'd love to connect with other students entering in Fall 2012.

Good luck!

Hello LimaBravo9

I applied to the program in 2010 and unfortunately I was denied for the program. Since then I have completed, 3 major sciences and graduated from a community college. I now have a 3.4 and hope to gain admissions into the program.
