Keene is a college town so there is probably a little more diversity there than the rest of the state. But over all NH is NOT vey ethnically or racially diverse. That said, it is a beautiful place ( I have lived here 29 years) and would NEVER move back to Southern New England where I am from. Until I retire to the RI coast !!! Ha! If I can ever retire!!

Well I got my first assignment. I decided to try my luck in New Hampshire since I live in Charlotte, Nc now and my family is in Ny, I figured i'd be close to my family for 13 weeks. Im nervous because I am African American, and I dont know if it will be alot of diversity. Also the housing options suck!!
Does anybody on here know of great furnished housing in Keene or surrounding areas??? N can u tell me anything about New Hampshire?
