I have also a question about my visa immigrant status. My agency asked me to send a bank draft addressed to DEPARTMENT OF STATE 2 days ago. He said that they already received my visa fee bill? I thought there's a retrogression is that mean my visa processing is sooner or later? after paying the visa fee bill what are the other steps I have to wait and do? ,do you have any prediction how long still will gonna take?

My other concern, my youngest daughter which is 1 yr old is not included when I submitted my I140 petition last dec 2006 , I want to know what I should do :yeah:in order for me to get her a visa ? is it difficult to get her a visa?

Moved to the International forum. Your I140 is only for you, your daughter is included in the DS230 forms

Have you actually submitted the DS-230 for you? If just the visa bill that is being paid, then chances are that you have not received it as of yet. Your daughter just needs to be placed on it when you get it.

Even if a PD date becomes current, it also requires a completed petition as well, meaning approval on the DS-230. If not complete when they would have a visa for you, they go onto the next in line. That is why you have seen movement on the PD dates, there are many that do not have anything more than approval of the I-140.
