New Pearson vue website

I took the nclex today and was getting a good pop up. The website was down for maintenance and now there is no pop and I can't view my results. It says my results are not available but earlier this morning the status said "delivery successful". I'm confused and very worried because I had 205 questions.

Delivery successful means that your test was delivered successfully, not graded. Results are available after 48 hours. It will say that for about 48 hours.

Give it a little time and check again to see if you get your pop-up. Did you try to register again? That's what you have to do. As long as you don't go through to the credit card page I wouldn't worry too much.

when I tried to register earlier this morning it was giving me the good pop up...but not after they updated their website...

It had been giving me a good pop up till 5pm...but not since the update it just says results are not available..

If you had the good pop-up then try to relax. I posted in another thread that if it said you have already registered then it is good. If it said you have an open registration and can't reregister then it is neither good nor bad.

I'm wondering if they have gotten rid of the pop-up completely because people are depending on it and possibly call them about it? I hope not, it was great for easing my mind and 48 hours would have felt like an eternity.

Whatever update they've done no longer allows the good pop up to appear. I took my test on the 15th in CA received the "good pop up". I checked daily since and continued with the good pop up until just recently when I read there was an update. I am also now directed to the CC page ?

I'm having the same issue I feel like they got rid of the pop up...cuz I was getting it all day till they did an update..I hope I passed

Let's hope we passed and this is newly in effect. The only thing that is giving me slight reassurance is that many people are having the same problem from the update.

Reading you post give me a little relief, I tested yesterday and I was getting the goop pop up, until tonight when I was checking again it took me to cc. So nervous!

you now have to go all the way to enter your credit card and hit submit.. then the good pop-up will show :)

And if it doesn't give me the pop up...they will charge my credit card?
