I passed NCLEX-PN with 85 questions! I took it last Saturday, and I was really leery about the outcome, because my father in law died the week before and we had just come back from burying him in the South, and I had to reschedule to take the exam three days later than I was supposed to. Also, the questions were not anything I expected or recognized. At first, it was doing okay, and then, it sort of went haywire with difficult questions. I had 5 "All That Apply" questions in a row, some medications I had never heard of, and then there were some co-horting questions that I didn't think that an LPN should be responsible for, because we don't assess, along with some medications I have never heard of. And, when the computer shut down at 85, I went hysterical! But, thank goodness, here in New York you can call for the unofficial results. Since I took it on a Saturday, I was told that they would be posted on the following Wednesday, but they were actually available for me on Monday evening. I received my license in the mail this morning, and I am ready to go! Thank Goodness that nightmare is over!
