It doesn't hurt to go ahead and talk to CareNow and see what they are offering. You can tell them that you have tentively taken a job, however would like to see their offer. If it is much better then you have something to think about. If the same or less, thank them for their time.

i had a friend that was a nursing supervisor of a carenow.she told me they worked ya like a dog and did not pay very well. however, i went to a care now in ft worth last week for a work physical and found the back clinical area to be very relaxed. she told me that you would not think it would be a good place to get experience but they see so many sick patients that you get the opportunity to give many injections and a somewhat wide range if medications, plus do a wide range of procedures...i know right now they have a sign on bonus or at least they do in my area. i would at least go talk with them and see what they have to offer.

Today I went to apply at a nursing home about a block from my house and I got the job by just filling out the application just basically waiting for the permit to show up online to start. However while I was inside I received a call from CareNow and they wanted to set up a interview with me...The CareNow place is about 20mins away and I really don't know too much about them. The nursing home is offering me the 17.50 before I get my license and 19 once I do get it and I am not sure about the pay for CareNow...What would you do if you were in my situation? Any comments and suggestions would be appreciated:)
