New LPN needs some positive vibes.

Published

Hey guys, I'm a new LPN. Just got licensed on July 7th, 2011. I had my first job interview last Friday and it just happens to be the job I've been wanting since I started nursing school. I was not expecting them to call at all because I had received a notice that the position had already been filled. I was ecstatic when I got the call to come in for an interview. The interview went pretty well, despite the fact that I was nervous. I had to get drilled by 3 nurse managers at the same time asking me all sorts of questions I wasn't really prepared for. Two of them were really nice and made me feel very comfortable, the older one, the head nurse, was literally a stone face... no expression. lol I've been trying to remain calm and collected all weekend, but the anxiety of not knowing whether or not I've got the job has been getting the best of me. No sleep, can't concentrate on anything else. :uhoh3:

Guess I just really need some good vibes, prayers, mojo, juju... anything good you can send my way will be greatly appreciated. This is literally my dream job and I want it more then I think I let on at the interview.

Thanks guys.
