Hello everyone, heard lots of great things about this board and would like
to seek some comments regarding my papers.
I just got my I-140 case approval last May 5, 2006. What is the next step and how long do I have to wait?
Anyone can refer some related threads previously posted that could very well answer my inquiries. Also, I would invite those who have undergone such process for their expert advise.
In case I failed to include other infos which may serve vital, feel free to post them here.

there was an existing job offer, i just forwarded all my credentials to them and they just gave me the support for my immigration. its really a plus factor if you know someone inside the hospital to work things out for you.
I passed the cgfns last march 2006 and ielts last december 2005 and waiting for my visa screen certificate,but since i focused on the exams i don't have post graduate experience yet since my graduation last march 2005. Did your direct employer require you for a year of experience, cause i heard there are some who do not require for experience anymore...just want to know if its true
They never did. It is the agencies over there that tell you that. That and other things. You need to concern yourself more with passing the NCLEX-RN, most facilities will not even offer a direct hire without you passing the NCLEX first. They could care less about CGFNS exam as that will not give you a license.

don't worry about the clinical exposure here, focus on your NCLEX exam which is your ticket to the US. upon passing, try to look for a legit employer.
hi loryn! were on the same boat, my husbands I140 approved last May 4, he already passed all the exams including NCLEX and he is also under direct hire... at present we are already completing docs for P3... I just want to ask if your already done with P3? and if you have sked for interview? thanks!
