Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

Published

Hello Everyone

I just wanted to meet & greet all of you! I am new to this site and I am an aspiring student who would like to be a Nurse one day.

I have one question that I hope many of you will be able to answer for me.

What is the difference between a TEAS exam and a NET exam?

Are they compatible test or is one easier than the other?

Please get back to me on this soon.

Have a Great day!

Welcome. Good luck to you!

Sorry, but I never took those tests and I don't know. I'm sure you'll get answers soon. :)

hey miss-sydney!! i don't know about the teas exam, but i took the net back in march. the net test is pretty easy, it's just basic math and reading comprehension. it also tests your stress level and reading rate (but the math and reading portions are what they use to calculate your scores). all sections of the test are timed as well..hope that answers some of your questions!! :)

welcome to allnurses.com! i moved your post to a more appropriate forum, where you can get more help.

I might be wrong here, but I think the TEAS has some science and vocab on it as well as the reading and math. The NET is just reading comp. and math. I'm not sure if one is easier than the other, but I've heard they are all pretty much the same difficulty.
