Hi I was just wondering if anyone was going to start working at Children's soon? Or if anyone works there now, how do you like it?
I start in Feb.
Hi! I am graduating in August and have been trying to get a job at CNMC for the past few months! I finally have an interview and am SO excited because that is my DREAM place to work!!! I was wondering if anyone can share tips on their interview experience at CNMC??? That would be extremely helpful, any info would be appreciated! Thanks so much, my fingers are crossed!! :)
Hi! are thay accepting new grads applicants now? I didn' see it in their website...
we were recently told 14, but a few people have left recently, and not all the new grads from my group decided to stay
hi eknicurn! what do you mean by a few people have left recently? did the applicants back out? or there have been some staff that resign? so interns still have the chance to leave during orientation? how is the tenure of interns during orientation? can they just be terminated anytime during probationary? thanks!
Some staff have left, nothing more or less than typical turnover for a 200+ rn staffed unit, people have gotten married, had kids, moved away etc. One new grad from my group decided the unit wasn't for her, I believe my manager and educator helped her find a position elsewhere, another in my group had a close family death in another country, she needed time off for that, our manager told her she was welcome back if she ever wanted. Both left for valid reasons and on good terms, I don't think it would be wise to just paln on leaving during orientation, many people work very hard on our orientation also, and they are very supportive of new grad needs, I haven't heard of anyone being firedd during probationary period
