New Grad RN Residency interview with CHOC, need advice.

I'm a new grad RN and got a call for my first interview with my top choice hospital, Children's Hospital of Orange County.

If there are any nurses out there that work at CHOC and can give me any advice on the interview process and the questions that may come up and what they're looking for, that would be awesome.

I really know it's all about just being myself, knowing who I am, and being able to show specific examples of how I can be a good fit in the organization, but every little bit of extra advice wouldn't hurt.

Hey..I just did a search here on allnurses and found your post.. how did your interview go with CHOC a while back? Im looking forward to applying for their feb. program.. what types of documents did they ask for for the application do you remember. for example, transcripts, 2 letters of rec, etc... Just wanting to get prepared. :)
