New grad RN miami - anyone hiring?

I just graduated and passed the NCLEX. I have my RN license in FL now, but can't seem to get hired. Baptist and UM will only hire RN's with at least 1 year experience. I applied at MCH, Mercy, and North shore medical center. I am still waiting to hear back from them all. Any suggestions? I feel so useless sitting at home with my brand new license!! HELP!

I just heard from the recruiter that they are cancelling all the open houses for the rest of the year.

Sad to see, that five years later the pay for a new graduate still starts at $20.00. My friend just got hire there and told me that.
