The bullets you've listed under your clinical experience need to be condensed. It's much too wordy. That's why I've suggested that you visit the career section here on AN and sites such as Monster to get some ideas.
Hiring managers only have time to scan quickly because we see piles of resumes. If they're too long, often those resumes go in the garbage. Since you really need to improve your chances of getting the interviews, you've got to get to the point.
Good luck!
I learned to only put facts. No curteous, positive team player, fluff stuff. Instead tell them what you did, "Implemented policy change." Think back, I bet you did amazing things you could highlight....rather than repeat everything everybody does in nursing school. PM me if you want more info on what I mean.
Managers don't really care about all the fluff (Ie: team player, compassionate, etc....) because it doesn't indicate anything. If you haven't worked on any policies, indicating your learning plan goals and what you did gives the reader greater insight.
Have you held any leadership roles? What are your career goals? This would be more significant.
Since I have been interviewing and screening many applicants over the last few weeks, i'll re-iterate a few points:
- Make your resume as concise and easy to read as possible. Proof read!
-Omit the objective statement and references upon request. Waste of space.
-If you're listing bullets, 4-5 maximum. After that, most managers stop reading.
-Prepare for your interview in advance. There are resources all over AN and the internet in general discussing how to answer common questions.
-Research the mission and values of the company you are applying, because we all ask what you've read. If you can't tell me anything about the organization then it's unlikely that I will hire you. Many applicants DO make the effort to do some research.
I hope that helps!

You need to do some reflecting on how to incorporate your ideas into a resume. We've given you some valuable advice here.
Every nursing program assigns projects and learning plans to their students while they are in clinicals. What were yours and how do they relate to your goals? Only you know the answer to that.
