Hi everyone! I just accepted a position as a New Grad PICU Nurse!! I am extremely excited! I was wondering if any of you have PICU, pediatric or ICU experience was could give a new nurse some great advice! (Any advice is greatly appreciated)

Also I was wondering if any of you use reference books or reference badge cards that helped you through your first year of being an RN.
