Mental Health LVN, Detox Manager

I'm in California and want to further my career by becoming an LPT. Im already an LVN, with an accredited school and passing my NCLEX. I received a promotion and am now the manager of the medical department for a psych facility. How can I become an LPT without going back to school all over again?
