Congratulations on obtaining your first nursing job! That's super exciting! AllNurses does have a post on NICU Nursing that may be helpful. In general, don't hesitate to ask lots and lots of questions! I also tell new grads to reach out to the educator on the unit on common policies and procedures to review prior to even orientating on the unit. Thus, it'll be less overwhelming when following a procedure if you already have briefly reviewed it.
