Published

Thinking about relocating...Just wondering what the starting pay is for new grads? Anyone work for Trident Health System or anywhere in Charleston?

I was talking with a lady who has been at a Trident Health Syst for years and she said that the new payrate for RN with no exp is starting out at $21. I'm not sure if it is just THAT hosp or ALL trident. Also, check out the website I listed. It is great. Shows what you will appr make on your checks after taxes and deductions. Have fun!

Sorry that addresss was so long. When you get to that page enter in the box where it says ENTER JOB TITLE. I just put RN then it brings up a list and you choose WHICH field you want to go into, then it takes you to choose which state you will be working in and what area. HTHs

Also, I just put in GA info to see what it would be like if we moved!..lol..I'm from SC so the 21 an hour still applies..ok...I think I'm done now..lol

Unfortunately I have only questions, not answers...

I am interviewing at MUSC (main hospital) in a few weeks, does anyone know what the starting pay is for new graduate RNs (RN I) at MUSC? What about night/evening/weekend differentials?

I'll repost with any new info after the interviews. Thanks!

Terrible pay...You are a professional in a field that requires a license...You deserve premium pay just for that....

Nurses in Mn as new grads start at 27/hour base in the MPLS area. (With differentials that can easily go over 30/hr.)

Outstate MN pays about 24-26/hr base.
