NEW GRAD NICU RN need advice!

Hello! I just had my first day in the NICU and am so amazed I made it through the first day! SO much to learn and do, my background in school was in ortho, so this is all new handling these types of patients. I wanted to see if anyone had advice on how to organize a BRAIN sheet, or have any they use that helps to organize the days, any advice on what to look at for brushing up on skills and assessment in regards to neonates, ( any books and reference material is welcome!) I feel so lost and want to do the best I can for the patients and their families! Please help :)
