Hi All!!
I just graduated 4/30/11 and got my RN 6/20/11. I recently acquired my dream job in the NICU at the University of Maryland Medical Center! It will be my first real nursing job and I was just wondering if anyone had any advice or words of wisdom for me before I begin in October. Anything will be greatly appreciated
Thanks!!
