Seriously, you need experience before you can be a travel/agency nurse. They do not have the time/inclination/money to teach you Nursing 101; they expect you to already know all of that. And any orientation they give you will be to the specific facilities that you are working at, not to nursing itself or specific specialties.
After a year of experience--two would be better--then the world of travel nursing will be open to you

I am about to graduate and i am not sure where to start on finding a place or agency to work with to be a traveling nurse. does anyone know of a good place to check out to become a traveling nurse?
