New grad looking for job in nyc

Hello everyone, 

I have just graduated from my LPN to RN program, soon to take my NCLEX. I wanted to know the best hospitals in NYC to work at. I have been looking at jobs but also getting a headache trying to figure out which hospital would be the best fit. I've looked at jobs for NYU Langone, Northwell, Mount sinai and NY presbyterian. Of these four which one of them would be a good fit?
